However, the hotel is rundown and old. It’s in serious need of a renovation. It looks way better in pictures than it does in real life. If you want an upscale hotel that’s semi luxurious, this is not it."

"My bathroom inside my room was absolutely unacceptable upon arrival. There was fecal matter and urine all over the toilet, which made the space unsanitary and uncomfortable. I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue, but I was told no one could clean the bathroom until the next morning. No alternative room, upgrade, compensation, or refund was offered. The lack of cleanliness and customer service made this an extremely disappointing experience."
