The room was beautifully designed, and with everything you could need & want. Staff very helpful. Location perfect. I only gave 4 ⭐️ maintenance because of the toilets downstairs needed some attention. I was staying on my own but felt save.

Naya and Maria were terrific. The were so helpful every time we needed help whether it was restaurant or with a taxi. The room was comfortable and clean and very quiet. And the location was close to everything. We walked all over Athens and it was a nice place to go back and rest a bit before we went exploring again.definitely worth the money and we would stay there again.

The staff was extremely helpful, they came in early so we could leave our bags and even let us check in hours early. They gave us complimentary wine and slippers, robes for us during our stay, and hygiene kits. I would definitely stay here again and I truly recommend this property to anyone. The location was great too.

I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Just a FYI it is not mobility challenged friendly. No Lyft. But seriously a great place to stay in the heart of Athens.

Our stay at Nur Outline Aparthotel was truly pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. We encountered a minor issue with a travel arrangement, but the way the staff handled it made a lasting impression. They went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience, showing genuine care and professionalism. The room was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness. We also appreciated the modern security system — both the hotel entrance and our room were easily accessible but highly secure, thanks to updated technology that added peace of mind throughout our stay. Overall, Nur Outline Aparthotel combines comfort, cleanliness, and commendable customer service. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
