"Holiday Inns differ from location to location. I’ve been to 5 star Holiday Inns on the beach to others in Orlando amongst many others. This Sweetwater, TN location is conveniently located to my parents house so I keep coming back. The front desk staff is always helpful. I usually absolutely love all Holiday Inn beds. This is the one location that isn’t as comfortable to me as all the others. They are acceptable not terrible. This location really needs a good carpet cleaning throughout. The hallways stink and there’s stains from many spills. I’m guessing that’s what the stink is about."

"Parking was fine. The breakfast was okay for a grab n go. Staff was fine. My issue was the room - I picked a king bed - non smoking, no pet and ground floor. I have psoriatic arteritis and have trouble goi g up and down steps. So the sec floor was an issue. Then the room had cigg burns all over the sink and you could tell pets had been in the room. Also the chain on the door - there was no chain! The Kleenex box cover had rust on it and the toilet paper holder also. There were also 2 holes in the ceiling in the bathroom."

"I made the reservations online. When I arrived the hotel did not resemble what was advertised on their site. The hotel was very run down and had an overall dirty appearance. The breakfast that was advertised was a muffin and coffee. The room had an order with a slight bleach coverup. People were outside the rooms yelling in the parking lot all night. Cars were screeching in the parking lot."
