"Comfortable BEDS, very clean and affordable. I would recommend it to everyone. Breakfast had a lot of options, serve youself and freshly made. Available early 6:30 am. Make you own waffles!! The only improvement that i would have enjoyed would have been more fresh fruit.."

"Great stat love the staff very friendlh helpful had nice small pool outdoor facing rooms which i like. Nice 2 juice hot tea hot cofee muffins and cinnamon bun rolls prepackaged for breakfast. Reserved king smoking, called after reserved two double check King bed was available told it was drove 6 hours only to find out they can give me a king for one of the nights but they needed to have access to the room and paint it the next day so my option was that or staying in a double bed room smoking which worked but was very frustrating"

"This particular area of Watts Bar Lake is probably the best view on the whole lake for sunsets. Aside from the views, the house is amazing with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We also made use of the boatlift, which is conveniently located in a community dock area below the house that’s easily accessible by golf cart. For those looking for hiking or running, there are plenty of roads and trails (just be aware, very hilly). "

"Stayed here to get away from tornado weather, out of our mobile home, over our area in Ringgold, GA. It was a nice place and in walking distance to Ruby Tuesday. They have a tornado plan in place for guests and everything and the hotel was even rated for a tornado from what I was told. Great, clean, safe and cozy place to stay during bad weather or anytime."

"Property was excellent, but, thru my own fault, I was scammed out of some money in the parking lot by a lady who posed as a hotel guest. "
