"Overall, it was an ok property. It was difficult to find even with the instructions and VERY dark apartment complex/neighborhood at night. Some of the blankets smelled off, but used to washer to refresh them. Roosters have overrun the neighborhood and crow all hours of the night. It made sleeping rough at times. It was convenient walk to Pape’ete markets though!"

"We only stayed at the property for less than an hour. It's more of a hostel and our taxi driver said that the many people out front of the property were "not nice". We wanted to leave at midnight and didn't think it was safe. "

"Our family enjoyed staying at the residence for several nights. The nice beach was easily accessible and the accommodations were great. Second floor apartment with a nice balcony view of the garden and pool. Quite residence and comfortable beds. Definitely need a car to get around as walking on the road would be difficult and most restaurants and shops are not within walking distance. Would recommend for families or couples."

"The studio is conveniently located near Papeete Market with 7 to 8 minutes walking distance. Tepu was very nice and offered airport pick up for 2000 XPF and drop-off at Papeete Ferry Terminal for 1000 XPF. We also rented their car for a day for 5000 XPF. Check-in was at a different location then Tepu dropped us off at the studio which was about 5 minutes drive. The studio has a kitchen and washer which are very useful. There are two beds for our family of 4. The sofa bed was not comfortable...
