Not great, even for a budget hotel

I would have stayed elsewhere if I had a choice, but ended up here because all the proper airport hotels were sold out. No shuttle from the airport: between $20-30 for a cab. Facilities not great, e.g. carpet near bathroom was soaking wet (either from rain or plumbing problems, I don't know). No heavy blanket provided, so the only possibility to stay warm was to turn on the very noisy heater. Breakfast was provided, but just cold cereal and plastic-wrapped danishes.

Sleep in your car!!!

Horrible!!! I'll sleep in my car before I go here again. Roaches, doot didn't lock, had to use a chair and sheets not changed. Called the office and they said they were not coming up there!! Said I was on my own!! Stay away.

Unfavorable service but good location

The free breakfast was only cold cereal of one kind- frosted flakes and watered down coffee was offered at a cooled temperature. There was no water during the night as if it was cut off intentionally. There was mostly quiet guests and visitors which was enjoyable.

Good price. Good stay.

Well the phone in our room was broken so we couldn't get in touch with the front desk about the WiFi but over all it was great. I've stated at other hotels for this price that were horrible. We will be back soon

Good hotel but not safe area

The hotel was fine for the purpose. The staff was great but the area is not safe. My daughters car tag was stolen during the stay. The clerk offered to look at the security tapes to help but then did not do it. If you are looking for cheap stay with good service, you will get that here. But beware of crime in the area.

Pleasantly Surprised

We were looking for a cheap place for our group to stay, but not at one of the dumps at the airport. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is being remodeled. It was clean, mostly quite and the beds were very comfortable. After our experience over the last 2 years, this was like staying in a 5 star resort.

I needed a cheap place to crash for the weekend. There are no irons or microwaves and that was the biggest flaw for me. There was a fridge but it was kinda useless not paired with a microwave. The building needs renovation and updated. Overall I I give it 2 stars.

Out right DRITY

The stay was horrible due to the roaches and the staff was room even more after we informed them that there were roaches in the room. They asked "well why you staying?" We stayed because we were from out of town with a late arrival. We endure the stay and checked out first time that morning. I really feel like i should be refunded my money from the first night...no one should have to pay to stay there.

Rainy Day in Georgia

Was visiting for the Nascar event in Hampton. Rooms were clean and no odd smells, just wished there were more towels bit I did with what I had. Front desk clerk insisted I had coffee due to the rain and cold weather.

Clogged toilet, no towels. Asked for plunger, they didn't have one; asked for towels, none ready in laundry; most of the outlets didn't work; location was difficult to get in and out of due to high traffic volume at entrance. Next time I will pay more
