The location is very convenient. That woman manager should be fired. Trust me! She was very condescending to us. We were in the process of closing on our house and just needed a short term place to live. This woman came to the room with pest control at 8:30 am to have the room sprayed. No consideration that my son was sleeping, no consideration that sprayed chemicals over us wasn’t safe. She came back for a home inspection, claiming that I should have reported that the bathroom door was broken, the toilet seat was broken and there was cobwebs everywhere. No kidding! I asked her why she didn’t inspect the room before they put us in it? Anyway, we were leaving the next day and guess what? She disconnected our internet service from the room and sent the cleaning personnel at 8am. Worst experience ever! Well, who cares humm! She will still get her paycheck from a business that’s not hers. Where she’s the boss and gets to treat people like crap! Just saying!!!

It's an extended stay America, we were there just one night for what it is it's good. The room was clean and I have no complaints. It's definitely within walking distance of truist park so that was really good.

The staff is great. However Extended Stay America needs to refrain from saying they have a “fully equipped kitchen” because they don’t! I was told by the staff that I had to buy pots and pans; and that we can only have 1 body towel and 1 washcloth per person. That is crazy to me. Lastly, there were roaches galore in this unit. The bigs ones too….but also several little ones as well. Definitely a learning and humbling experience

The bathroom smells like mildew. The room itself smelled fine. The bottom part of the toilet has not been cleaned. There is hair on the floor in the bathroom and my bed. Stains on the top sheet and one of the towels was dirty. Certainly not what i expected for an 8.3/10 hotel... more like 4.5/10 for this visit.
