Due to the increasing concern around the world about the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to update you on our evaluation of the impact on our guests.

When guests have checked out, we are actively working on cleaning all our occupied units with approved CDC products and implementing their recommendations.

We are obliged to provide you with transparent and clear updates on a regular basis during your stay.

Fantastic 1,350 sqft townhouse located in the heart of Alpharetta and walking distance to downtown. Close to restaurants, Verizon Amphitheater and Avalon.

Beautifully decorated and newly renovated with new appliances, this space includes a large living area with an L-couch, big screen TV, full kitchen, King and Queen beds with private bath and memory foam, desk, and washer&dryer. Self-check-in with secure electronic locks for easy access.

If you do not like to be confined to a small hotel room than this spacious townhouse is perfect for you! Unwind in this beautifully decorated space with a TV in each bedroom and a big screen TV in the main living room.

Liked location, easy to book and access. In the pictures the listing appeared to be in good condition. However, the house is very old and needs some TLC. Many of the door handles were loose, missing handles on kitchen cabinets/drawers, seams between carpet and tiles with carpet nails protruding, outside walkway landscape lights broken and lying in grass, overall needs a deep clean.

Absolutely great rental, near everything, and had everything we could ask for. It was in a quiet and charming neighborhood, walkable to the square, and had every comfort of home. The owners are quick to reply and make check in and check out super easy. This is our new go to stay when we are in town!

It was older than expected

The place could use a good deep cleaning and the upstairs floors are uneven. It’s also very hot upstairs but they did have portable AC units which helped. The beds were really comfortable and the location was great! The pictures are not accurate. There is a different couch now and the outdoor area was a mess and no cushions on the chairs. I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it was my only option.

Awesome place. Location is incredible. So quick and easy to restaurants and downtown. 10 mins to the amphitheater. It was clean and the host communicated all the details quickly. We would absolutely stay there again.

This place is very cozy and nice. Location is beautiful and quiet. We have never stayed in a place this nice in this area. It is pretty much perfect! We will be back for sure.

Rough start - Finished well

After a long day of delays we arrived at 12:25am only to find this property was only half cleaned; thus the 2 stars for cleanliness. We put clean sheets on the bed and cleaned the bathrooms. I messaged the host at that time. He replied first thing in the morning with every intention to remedy our issue. The property is otherwise mostly comfortable and met our needs for the rest of our stay.

Handy location, disappointing accomodations

The location of this rental is great, close to downtown Alpharetta, Avalon shopping centre, and main roads and highways. The rental itself was pretty disappointing though. The beds were very uncomfortable, old mattresses with squisshy memory foam toppers. The bedding itself was also not very luxurious. The upholstery on the sectional downstairs was stained and I actually found a Cheerio stuck to one of the throw blankets. The deck in the back had old furniture that hadn't been wiped off in years and the garbage for the unit hadn't been collected in as long. It was piled high on the side of the house, overflowing the garbage can. The water pressure wasn't great and it took forever to get hot water flowing. In short, lots of space, good location, but no attention to the 'comfort factor' we have come to expect from VRBO rentals.

Nice Property!

We only stayed one night in town, but the property was lovely and clean. Gabriel was very accommodating and fast to respond to communication. Our you d daughter really enjoyed watching the rabbits, chipmunks, and squirrels on the patio. Would definitely stay here again!
