Our first room’s sink was dismantled and we got moved from a king bed to two queens. Our second room had a funky odor and stains all over the sheets and walls, roaches in the bathroom… but my favorite part was when “the exterminator” came banging on the door this morning and asked my boyfriend if he had seen any bugs and that he just needed to check behind the refrigerator, but didn’t spray anything. I understand you get what you pay for; however, a rating of 7 for this place is wild. I’d give it a 3/10. It was so disgusting that I couldn’t sleep.

My room was nasty I had to change rooms which whom I had to mop and clean my own floor. The Cleaning staff had a nasty attitude. The front office gentleman was very nice he tried to accommodate me. I stayed only because I wanted to be with my grandkids for Christmas Please!!! Do better clean your rooms and floors properly

I was put in a room that had browngreasy stuff dripping down the door, pet urine on the side of the bed, mold completely around the ceiling and pubic hair left on the toilet. I went to front desk complain. They then put me into another room which had a broken fridge w/ big chunk taken out of it., a microwave w/ mold & stains inside it and lastly & most disturbing, the comforter on the bed had a wet blood stains on top. Now I’m livid & went back to the front desk. Told them to refund my money or place me in a clean room! The reception at 1st was hesitant shaking her head no. I had told her I’m just checking in on the 1st day so if I want a refund and to leave it’s my right! I also showed her a few pics and she then moved me to one of their newly remodel rooms. After staying the 1st couple of days, I noticed housekeeping watching me every time I left. I would come back & my room was untouched. However, dirty stained & used linen was placed back in my towel rack folded & on display as if they were fresh linen. So I removed all of them& told front desk. This happened my entire stay. I was scheduled to stay for two weeks. After day 4 I went to the front desk to ask if I can get a refund & cancel the remainder of my stay & was told no or they canny refund my money back, I would lose out on my money. Pissed & disgusted I stayed one last night & housekeeping did the same thing… left dirty linen with drown stains on my washcloth & piss on my towel. So I left after day 5 no refund.

The only bad thing I have to say about this place is…the Waffle House is not right next door…LOL! But seriously, I have nothing bad to say about this place, everything have been great so far

I came here because I’m waiting on my permanent housing to be ready for move and I must say…I was pleasantly surprised at how great everything is. From check in to the cleanliness of the room, just super fantastic! The few staff that I’ve meet have been very nice and hospitable. If I have to stay a little while longer, I know I’ll get great service here.

Indian cleaning lady was extremely rude for no reason. We let it go at first but then went to the front desk to complain. She definitely had third world energy. I was using the bathroom number 2 and she refused to leave until she inspected it. She restroom clean manager say as if the manager was God in Heaven.
