Guests will be provided a code to enter the home via a e-lock application. The home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay - with the exception of the garage and basement unit - so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The ground level is a separate rental unit without any access to the pool or the main house. There are no shared spaces with the ground level unit, but we ask that you're mindful of indoor noise on the main level during your stay since a tenant does reside below.

This peaceful home is located in a residential area in the town of Stone Mountain, GA. Please respect your housemates and the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. All cars should be parked in the driveway. Quiet Hours are in place from 11:00pm - 8:00am. Pets are not permitted & no smoking is allowed inside the apartment. Please do not rearrange the furniture.

The pool features a depth of 3ft - 8ft and guests agree to swim at their own risk. Please be responsible and take care to look after your children and guests in the pool and patio surroundings. The host and VRBO are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or inclimate weather during your stay.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to VRBO.
