Welcome to our charming, older home located in a diverse and lively neighborhood just minutes from downtown Atlanta. This urban setting offers the best of city living, with easy access to public transportation so you will notice people walking.

Although this is an older home, it is priced accordingly to reflect its age and the surrounding neighborhood. We want to assure you that we have not experienced any safety concerns during our time here. If you’re looking for an authentic city experience, this is the place for you.

Located conveniently ~3 miles away from the Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, GWCC, Centennial park, Georgia Tech. Easy access to highway and 1 mile from MARTA station. Great stay

Overall, the house was nice no problems anytime there was an issue if any issue occurred. The host did respond and even wanted to come out. Great response and great stay

Decent house but needs work

We rented this house for 3 couples. The beds were comfortable enough and the host did reply very quickly when we called with questions about the lock. Unfortunately I just can't recommend this place. It was dirty - the fridge, the floors, the walls, the baseboards and even the sheets. Multiple doors barely shut and didn't lock - including the bathroom. Also, there wasn't enough seating for 6 people. We had to pile the comforters on the floor to makeshift more seating. The walls and floors were rundown/damaged. I feel all these are fixable issues but as is, the home needs some work.
