"Arrived early were told our room would be ready at two an hour earlier than expected was ready just before five two hours after it was meant to be, had messaged ahead to say it was my wife’s birthday and told the staff at the desk, last year on her birthday they were brilliant this time nothing, went for a drink in the bar in the Evening was told to sit and someone would take our order, waited and waited until in the end we would have been late for our meal so we left, this is a lovely hotel but...

"Great studio suite ruined by lack of AC. Hardly slept because of heat and bed firm. Otherwise great location, friendly staff. Apartment has everything you need….apart from AC. Maybe will stay again but only outside summer!"
