Staff were great! Room was way too small, had no AC (they did provide a fan tho), the bathroom was uncomfortably small and the shower head was not working the first night until maintenance fixed it the next day. The plus to this hotel is location. Everything is in walking distance.

Very nicely located hotel. Directly at the heart of London, and very convenient for accessing the British museum. Nice cozy and clean room, very helpful staff especially when I forgot my toothbrush, clean bathroom, and has everything you need. The only slight negative that I'd note is that you can hear every loud door bang outside in the hallway. But the hotel provides you with earplugs to try to negate that.

I did the single room, it was perfect for a solo traveler,& maybe a couple who doesnt mind sharing space. It was just enough & had everything I needed. The lobby seemed to have AC & the Garden bar was very nice. Great area also! Walking distance of many attractions/tourist areas

The room was clean and big enough, but so very warm, all the time, we had a small fan which was not enough, so window open meant even on 6th floor facing the street, it was noisy, hard to sleep through the night. Should have upgraded to a room facing the rear, but that wouldn’t solve the hot room problem. Breakfast and the servers at the restaurant were top notch.

I was very happy with my choice. The hotel has a very convenient location from and to different airports, while being in the very center of the city. Though is not a boutique or design-focused hotel and the room are not very large, it offers a solid hospitality experience that made my solo travel more smooth and pleasant. The staff is extremely helpful and prepared. And, because of the hotel's location, I felt very well connected with the rest of the city.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The location was very convenient and safe. Close to the hop on/off bus, tube station, and walking distance to Covent Garden/Theatres. Bed was comfy and my single room cozy with everything I needed for a nice stay. I thought the breakfast offerings were very good and loved the garden in the back to enjoy my coffee. The lobby is very welcoming and a nice place to sit and socialize. Will definitely stay here again when in London.
