Was impressed with this hotel. Quiet, modern, safe, right near Hammersmith station. The Premier Plus room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good quality for a large chain hotel.

Short walk to the tube and a neighborhood that has everything I needed. Premium Plus was worth it for the extra amenities such as King Size bed and Espresso Machine.

Great spot for a short stay in London, very conveniently located a few minutes away from the Tube. Our room was small but it was clean and had everything we needed. We ran into a small issue between Expedia and Premier Inn where we’d prepaid for the entire stay but Expedia’s payment system wouldn’t connect according to the manager which was a bit alarming, but everything was eventually sorted. We would stay here again, especially coin laundry can be added to the amenities! We would’ve needed it for sure if we’d stayed longer.

Nous étions une famille avec 2 enfants et avons bien apprécié l’hôtel. L’hôtel est proche de tout , commerces, métro, restaurants. 4 lignes de métro et plusieurs Bus desservent l’arrêt Hammersmith qui se situe à quelques minutes de l’Hotel. Le personnel est disponible la literie est très bien et le petit déjeuner est copieux. Pour le ménage il faut déclarer quotidiennement à la réception sinon il n’est pas fait. Je recommande cet hôtel.

This was our first time staying at a Premier Inn and we’d definitely stay again!! Very budget friendly but didn’t feel like a budget hotel! Room was quite small but as expected! Breakfast was great and they did a fantastic job managing a food allergy! Zero complaints!!

I checked in the day before my travelling companion and gave them all her details and gave her all the room details and despite this they wouldn’t let her check into the room. I’d also messaged her a photo of the room key with the room number to show them. Not very happy as they initially told me all I had to do was tell her to checkin under my name

Hotel di recente costruzione, comodo perché a 5 minuti dalla metro di Hammersmith. Camere pulite con tutto l'essenziale. La pulizia in camera, come da avviso al check in, non viene fatta se non si richiesta, ma appunto, basta chiederla come da istruzioni. La colazione mi è piaciuta, c'è scelta tra dolce e salato, caffè, te e spremuta.....ecc. La hall e la zona per mangiare sono carine con poltrone e divanetti di vari colori. Lo staff è davvero gentile e disponibile. Il check in anticipato ha un suo costo, noi siamo entrati circa 2 ore prima e abbiamo pagato 15 sterline. Abbiamo soggiornato in due, io e la mia ragazza, e siamo stati davvero bene. Sicuramente da rivalutare in caso di ritorno a Londra.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo con buoni servizi. La pulizia da richiedere è l'unico neo dell albergo. Posizione buona con due fermate equidistanti, con sole 5 fermate della metro si è al centro città Ottima la colazione con una buona varietà di dolce salato

Expedia advertised this hotel as having parking but it does not! There is not even a place to drive up and unload luggage. The staff and manager were so uninterested and unhelpful in helping us figure out where to park our car. The parking we did find was so expensive and took us hours to figure out. In general the staff are not helpful:( The only good thing was the location near Hammersmith station but we will never stay here again.
