We absolutely loved this property! The rooms were very stylish and comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional! It is also a very central location to everything. We will definitely stay here again!
ALL STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HOTEL VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. ROOMS VERY HIGH STANDARD. BREAKFAST GOOD VARIETY AND QUALITY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Very nice hotel in a great location to walk to so many tourist attractions. Everything is a 15-25 minute walk! The area is safe and busy during the week, but quieter on weekends. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Hotel was very comfortable and the soaking tub was nice!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was modern with ample provision of bathroom toiletries with a good size bath and shower and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely breakfast included with lots of choices. Unfortunately there was an internet issue with part of the hotel when we stayed but the staff were very apologetic and quickly arranged to move us to an alternative room. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay and would happily recommend to others.
We stayed in the Grand Suite and the room itself was lovely especially the bathroom with lovely underfloor heating. The service was wonderful and we had some lovely treats laid out for our honeymoon stay. It was quite noisy on the Saturday night but Sunday night was better. Breakfast is lovely and the restaurant for dinner although took a while to serve, the food was so delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We loved the service of Suman and Deepshika in particular.
From the moment we checked in, the moment we left, the staff of this hotel were outstanding. we received such a warm welcome. The food, the room, everything about this hotel was wonderful. And we loved the location. A quieter part of London on Fleet street, BUT not far removed from anything. St. Pauls is just down the street, the Millenium Bridge is close by. It's literally walking distance, or a quick cab ride to everything.
Great hotel very close to Theatre land and other tourist attractions. All staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. Rooms well appointed and very clean. Breakfast good value and plenty of choices. Would definitely stay here again on future visits to London.
