Comfortable and stylish London aparthotel

I was so pleased with the room and the service of the staff. The room was decorated nicely with a comfy king bed and a nice double pull out bed. They left little snacks and drinks in the room for us which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. My friend was staying in the same hotel in a different room and the staff assigned us rooms right next to each other when we requested that. Great value for London and nice location.

5* one night stay

Stayed for one night due to a concert at Wembley, never used an apartment before as usually go to hotels but surprisingly this was the cheapest option! There were 2x packs of crisps, 2x bottles of water 2x cans of Pepsi, 1x KitKat and 1x small bottle of rose prosecco of which were complimentary waiting for us, I found this a nice welcome treat. The bed was massive and the mattress comfy which for me was great, I had a good nights sleep and the curtains blocked out all light. The TV had basic viewing channels which was fine and all amenities worked, there was also complimentary soaps and body wash/shampoo for the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and there was a fridge, kitchen, iron, ironing board, sink etc in the main room which were also ideal (I didn’t use any of these but they looked in good condition to me). Personally I found this better than some hotels I have been to and I would go again, this was also in a decent area.

Great position for public transport to all parts of London, Really friendly staff. Only criticism would be the water pressure needs to be looked at, it was difficult to get a good shower.

Disappointing that the room advertised was not the room given. Was expecting an apartment with a seating area and more of a kitchenette. This was just a like a normal hotel room. Housekeeping, very slow on first day and on the last morning walked in whilst we were still in bed Without knocking. Reception staff not helpful

Had a great stay. We were visiting just for one night, but thanks to the apartments taking your bags from 9am on arrival day and until 9pm on departure we had managed to get a full weekend in. Lots withing walking distance as well. We will be back.

The staff at both check in and check out were super lovely. The apartment was spacious and had lots of natural light which was nice. Unfortunately the condition of the unit was sub standard, with lots of wear and tear and questionable construction in places. The cleanliness was also not quite up to standard. The bed was super hard, and most of the lights in our unit we could not get to work. Overall there is lots of potential but they need to improve quite a bit.

Excellent Stay at London Paddington Apartments. I received a message to see what time I was arriving, dropped my bags off and headed out. Apartment was 303 which was at the top with a spacious bedroom area and sitting area with kitchenette, dining table, tv and shower room. It was spotless! Spacious and friendly staff. Much better than a hotel room. Kitchenette was compact, I didn't use it but had a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and utensils. Highly recommended.

All good apart from the fact air conditioning has been switched off so unavailable. Room was hot and aside from opening windows (fairly noisy street) there is no way to cool the place. Should not be advertised as air conditioned if the owners are going to decide to make it unavailable through winter.

We had a fine stay, but will not be back. These apartments are great in theory, but are not fully stocked to actually be functional. There was a microwave and some dishes to use. There was a small hob with a few pans, but no cooking utensils to actually use them. We stayed nearly a week and asked for a change of towels after day 3 and were told no. With nowhere to wash said towels...that was not a good answer. Overall, fine if your goal is a place to stay to avoid a traditional hotel. Not a great aparthotel option for an extended period without a way to cook or do washing.

The room was worn and in need of some maintenance, but was functional had exactly what we needed. It has a sink, microwave, and some plates and cutlery. You can't cook, but you can store/reheat leftovers and premade meals. A small hot plate to cook things or a convention oven would have been great. The bathroom was a great size compared to others I have had to use in other hotels. The property is in a nice area but it's busy and can be extremely loud. If you're looking for peace and quiet in the middle of a busy London area, this would not be the place for you. It's busy and within walking distance of two tube stations and the Paddington rail station. Plenty of places to eat and get groceries. My main complaints are that the was communication not very transparent and the Wi-Fi was terrible. This has been commented on by other people staying here and has not been fixed. We had to buy SIM cards to use internet. We were running late and could not let them know until we arrived and thank god they were still at the desk, because my US SIM card didn't work and I wouldn't have been able to message them with the contact number in my booking. They need to work on contact though official channels like email or Facebook (they did not respond to messages this way). It did not ruin our stay, but the lack of extra towels (we stayed 12 days and were given two towels) and the low quality duvet where the cover came off and we had no other blankets or sheets to use could be improved.

Wie waren drei Nächte mit Zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern da. Das Apartment hat eine kleine Küchenzeile mit allem was man braucht. Es wurde jeden Tag das Zimmer gemacht und es gab während unseres Aufenthaltes jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Als Begrüßung gab es Wasser, Sekt und Chips. Auch an den anderen Tagen bekamen wir alle jeweils eine Wasserflasche, damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind total lieb und behilflich. Vom paddington Bahnhof ist man in 10 min da. Alles was man braucht ist fussläufig. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Drogerie. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Man ist in schnell im Hyde Park und am Buckingham Palace. Wir kommen wieder.
