The area had lots of unhoused individuals, males in the area made females feel uncomfortable. We would not leave the hotel after dark. This location is close to a hospital, ambulance sirens can be heard regularly 24/7

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was very quiet. We were 2 adults and 2 kids 15 and 12 years. Although it was a bit tight with the for of us for the week, we were so busy in London it wasn't a problem. The breakfast was great and everyone was happy. I recommend a few more hooks in the bathroom/room as there wasn't many places to hang towels etc.

Great staff and accommodations met our needs. Location was 7 min walk to Paddington station. We were caught off guard the first night when we realized that the area was closed off after a certain hour around the hotel which required we go a long way around. The area near the hospital was a little suspect after hours. Overall, would highly recommend this location.

Great place for families, close to subway!

Great place to stay - breakfast downstairs was really great. They did not have a fridge or access to ice, but graciously let us store refridgerated medication in the office fridge. Very close to Edgmore station (and Paddington which has every line).

The staff was helpful. The hotel is pleasantly located right near the Paddington Basin, away from the hustle and bustle of Paddington Station but near to most London landmarks. All required amenities were provided, and the full English breakfast was lip smacking!

We enjoyed our stay at the premiere inn. We didn’t plan to stay here but wound up here after a bad experience with anther place. The room room was nice and the people were helpful.

At arrival the room was clean and tidy. But during our three days stay the bed was not made, the minibar was not refilled, no clean towels and the litter bins were not emptied. We were a few minutes early for breakfast because of a trip and the staff was very rude. This staff need to learn how to run a hotel.

Pros; Close to underground and bus stops Safe area Was recommended for family Con: Dirty Asked for the room to be cleaned multiple times over 3 consecutive days. At one point- front desk staff came to clean and give us fresh towels at 10pm at night after a long day. No phone to call front desk. Front desk staff didn’t have name tags so? I was asked to describe who I spoke to previously, as no message was placed on the system. Breakfast was limited. When asked if the ac was operational I was told what temperature it was set on. Instead of checking to ensure there was no issue with it functioning. Third bed provided was so hard- difficult to sleep on.

This property is fine for one night before you need to head to Heathrow as it's right by Paddington, but two nights is too long if you're on a leisure trip. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. One even went out of her way to find my friend's lost reading glasses! But just bear in mind this hotel is VERY basic. If you need an extra towel, an iron, anything - you will have to physically go down to the front desk to get it yourself. There is zero ambiance. The area surrounding feels more like an office park. In fact, there was a cool coffee shop we were going to visit but it was closed on Saturday - probably because it catered to the office workers. The hotel bar and restaurant is adequate but basic. You will have no sense at all that you are in London. No vibes. So again - fine for a one night before departure. Any longer than that and you may be wishing you'd made a different choice.

The people at the hotel, especially Afifa, was extremely kind and professional. Greeting me in the morning every day of my 5 night stay. The room, which does not have a safe or fridge, was very clean and comfortable. There is no hair conditioner, just FYI. I did not care for the continental breakfast, it was crowded and messy. But if you eat a full breakfast, it seems like an excellent deal. The hotel is literally steps from the Paddington Station, it is very convenient. My only quibble is that the hotel had the worst Internet service I have ever experienced at a hotel. What makes this worse is that you can pay for better internet if you pay an extra 5 pounds a day. It is an office area, so there's no way decent internet is not available, but companies have to squeeze every cent out of people. That's all that is keeping my review from being 5 stars. If you have work to do you will pull your hair out because of the Internet.

Die Zimmer wurden mit einer Lüftungsanlage belüftet, da die Fenster nicht zu öffnen waren. Leider wurde der Lüftungsluft ein Duft beigemischt, der sehr unangenehm roch. Wir waren in einem Familienzimmer und hatten trotz Hinweis immer zu wenig Handtücher und Teetassen. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft.
