This is the best house I have every went too.. Those other sites can never top this… The host is very nice… Everything was clean and well put together… Peace and Quiet…. no one bothered us… House is ducked off and private..
The property was nice. Had enough bedrooms for our whole party to have their own Privacy. Common areas was nice for hanging out. Learn how to back out of driveways though before coming here. It’s a tight squeeze. Overall good experience.
While this house was just what we needed for a weekend trip to Atlanta for a swim competition, the host was more than we could have asked for. The house was easily accessible to the interstate with quick access to downtown, specifically GA Tech, and it was inviting with a huge yard, lots of parking, modern decor, and updated bathrooms. Again, the host made everything even better; he stayed in contact with us from the booking until the day after check out. His main goal was to ensure we had a pleasant stay in his urban oasis. Five stars for being an awesome human!
The host is amazing and the property exceeds standards. My guest were very comfortable and loved the property I definitely would and will stay here again. 11/10 stay and on top of that Nze is such a great host a family member mine left something very important and arranged it to get it back to me. All in all a great stay and you will not regret booking.
This house and stay were amazing! Communication with owner was also great, responded quickly. We were in town for a baseball tournament and this stay checked all the boxes for us. We will definitely stay here again when in Atlanta.
Everything about this home was wonderful. Great quiet location and a beautifully decorated and spacious home. My family was able to enjoy our visit to Atlanta and come home to what was as close to home as possible. The owner was so responsive, friendly and kind. We will defiantly look to staying here again when we venture that way.

Overall, the property has potential, and the price was reasonable, which is appreciated. However, there are several important areas that need improvement for future stays. Cleanliness was a major issue: in one of the rooms there were cobwebs, and overall the floors appeared dirty. In addition, the bathroom on the first floor did not work during the entire stay, as the water would not flush, which was quite inconvenient. Considering the size of the property, more attention should also be given to cleaning and maintaining the outdoor areas. With improvements in these areas, the experience could be much better in the future.
We stayed one night driving home from Ohio. Huge and beautiful. Highly recommend for a short stay or long stay. Has everything you would need. Thank you!
Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy! There were a few cooking/baking items that were missing from the kitchen, and there weren't quite enough glasses for everyone to have one at all times. It seemed like some of the floors didn't get cleaned before we arrived as we had to do some touch ups upon arrival. Otherwise, everything else was good.
This is a nice property, well appointed interior but some attention to details hurt the rating. Some mattresses are not good, and there are few amenities included. Be prepared to supply all of your paper products and toiletries. The kitchen is poorly stocked for eating in. If you just need a place to hang out while you are eating out and sleeping only, it will work fine.
The rooms did not look the same as they appeared in the listing photos. While the furniture matched what was shown online, in person it was very outdated and not clean. The kitchen door was being held up by a cord, which seemed unsafe and poorly maintained. The house also had a strong musty smell, as if there had been standing water at some point. So if you are asthmatic, I would not recommend this property. The carpet and the chairs around the kitchen island were visibly dirty. Overall, the home appeared to have had no recent updates or proper maintenance. The photos online may have been taken when the house was first renovated, but the current condition of the property does not reflect the same quality shown in the listing.

The house served its purpose for a holiday stay, but due to a few things, we would likely look elsewhere next time. Home is conveniently located 20 mins. from both the airport and downtown Atlanta, 15-minute drive from grocery stores and only 6 mins. from a MARTA station with free parking. We appreciated being allowed to bring our Christmas tree and holiday decor for our stay.Great potential here but we encountered several maintenance issues. Multiple dresser drawers and a kitchen closet were missing handles with exposed screws at a height that was hazardous for children. Additionally, the living room light and outdoor patio hanging lights were non-functional, plus kids' room TV was missing a remote. The bathtub handle was loose and several of the hanging shelves were shaky.Upon arrival, we found wet towels left in the dryer and the outdoor trash/recycling bins were already overflowing. While the kitchen plates and cups were fine, the pots and pans were grimy with residue and felt unusable. We would suggest a new set for future guests. The listing photos were slightly outdated with a large chair in downstairs living missing, and recent accessibility renovations have reduced the floor space in the kitchenette compared to the pictures. Lastly, despite disclosing our pet in the initial booking message, the host didn't address the pet fee until after check-out based. We were happy to pay it, but the delayed communication was weird.
