"Amazing! Great location for snowmobiling, enough space for all us guys and our gear! Maintenance was great! Got a foot of snow while there and the plowing was done when we were out. Rooms were great, bed perfect, showers clean. We will for sure be back next year!"

"Was a nice place to stay at, good location for snowmobiling. The ceiling fan does need to be replaced though, sounds like it’s bearings are worn out. Everything else was good. Way better than a hotel room. Would like to check out one of the rental houses there with a garage if the snowmobiling group gets a few more people. "

"We overall enjoyed our stay. Our fireplace in main floor family room was not hooked up so unfortunately no fire. I didnt care for the flat screen televisions set covering the window on the main floor family room. Somehow i missed the memo that their was no dish soap, antibacterial handsoap, or trashbags. I will remember for next time. Maybe a few cooking sheets pans and a large skillet pan. The diveway was a sheet of ice no salt to throw out there so be careful in the winter! Super great...

"Good location. Clean. Beds were super comfortable. Pool area nice but be careful the floor is slippery when wet. No pool towels but had a place for the wet ones. Breakfast was good - waffles, muffins, cereal, yogurt, bagels. Staff was friendly. I would stay again. Indian River is a cute town."
