BEAUTIFUL Condo in the Perfect Location

The "LAZY PELICAN" is the perfect spot for an unforgettable vacation. Located Ocean Side at Island Beach Racquet Club Building B. This property provides an abundance of amenities including tennis courts, gym, 3 swimming pools, private beach access, basketball court, and more. This is a 3 Bedroom Unit (1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 2 TWINS) 2.5 Bath Unit. You are Ocean Side but have access just across the street to the Sound Side Island Beach Racquet Club with additional amazing views. Relax at the beach just steps away where you may catch a glimpse of a dolphin passing by, pick up seashells or go for a sunrise run or easily watch over the kids in the pool from the screened porch while you sip your coffee or read a book. This property is within walking distance to restaurants, a Dollar General and even delicious Dairy Queen Ice Cream is directly across from the unit. We have provided sand toys, a small assortment of games as well as WiFi and cable. Please Note: This unit is ocean front with a view of the Dunes and Pool. It is on level on and just a few short steps to have your toes in the sand. Clean & Crisp for your comfort.

This was our 3rd time staying in this rental. We love it! The accommodations are outstanding! Having that extra half bathroom in the front bedroom is such a nice feature. The location is great (I recommend Beach Burgers arcoss the street), and the easy access to the beach can't be beat!The owner is awesome and very supportive and responsive to all of our needs! Judy's the best!

Another great year!

This is the second year we’ve stayed at this beautiful location and hopefully will make this an annual trip! The owner is very attentive and communication was great. Everything about this location is perfect for us - a mile from supermarket and across the street from Dairy Queen 😊 Can’t wait to visit again next year!!

Amazing Condo With Perfect Location

My son and I stayed here for a week as we were down for a baseball tournament. The condo was perfect! It was clean, had all the amentities we needed / wanted and the location was amazing. Steps away from the beach was ideal. It is super close to restaurants, shops, and bars. There was no shortage of things to do. On the one day we needed a little down time, the condo provided the comfort of our own home. Judy was very responsive with the questions I had and even recommended some restaurant to try. My son and I have had the opportunity to travel to various beach towns along the east coast and this stay was our favorite to date. We will absolutely be back again!

Outstanding Vacation Getaway

We spent a week at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it! The property is in outstanding condition, well furnished, and very comfortable. Having 3 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, was definitely a bonus We enjoyed having almost every meal sitting out on the deck enjoying the ocean breeze. The location of the property is also excellent. We had one of the pools conveniently right outside of the unit. It took only 2 - 3 minutes to walk to the beach since the property had direct beach access (no loading up your car or having to cross roads to get to the beach). Overall, the property is a great vacation location, and Judy is an outstanding and responsive property owner!

Spent a week at this location. Lovely condo. Nice, clean, convenient. Quick walk to the beach. Close to many of the places we like to eat and hang out at. Family enjoyed it too and have experienced interest in staying there again. Thank you.

Just Right!

We had a wonderful week at Atlantic Beach! Our accommodations were perfect for us! My DIL is in a wheelchair and we were able to get her in & out easily, which was a plus! She was even able to get to the gazebo to enjoy ocean views! The condo's decor was so cute! Everything was super clean and well stocked! Highly recommend!

Awesome Family Vacation - a new family favorite

The property was as advertised and perfect for our family. We loved the beach! It was clean and not busy. The pool was kept clean and our family was on occasion the only ones using it. No issue parking either. We also enjoyed other activities near by such as: Fort Macon, the Aquarium, putt-putt, dining at some of the locally owned resturants, and shopping some of the local shops. We even took a charter boat to an island and spent part of a day hunting for sea shells, sand dollars and observing the wild life there including the horses. We will be going again, our only wish was that we could have seen the ocean from our 1st floor condo, but the rest of our experience overall made up for that. It was very relaxing and we did not feel rusted anywhere we went. Judy our agent was also responsive if we had any questions.

Perfect Location!

Our family had such a great stay here! The unit is clean and well-appointed, and the location was wonderful given the proximity to the beach and pool. Was also nice to not have to bring beach toys or an umbrella. Hope to stay again one day!

Relaxing Get Away

The condo was beautifully decorated! Our family of six loved the condo, pools and especially the beach! The owners thought of everything! We enjoyed our stay! The only wish we had was to be able to see the ocean from the outdoor deck, the dunes and trees blocked our view.

We had a wonderful time. Location is right on the beach, and just a short drive to Beaufort. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were all provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Atlantic Beach Rental!

Judy's property was an awesome rental! It is in outstanding condition and is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you'd need if you want to prepare meals there. There's a nice screened-in, shaded patio off the living area and off the master bedroom; they're very nice for enjoying coffee, a meal, or just the cool breeze. She also provides many beach amenities so you don't have to bring your own (beach umbrella, chairs, beach/pool toys, etc.). There is a pool right outside the back of the condo (sadly, it was being repaired and was unusable during our stay) and a second pool easily accessible behind the next building. Beach access was directly from the complex; you didn't need to cross the road or haul your beach stuff very far at all. We spent a lot of time on the beach! The location is great, too. There is a great, small restaurant right across from the complex that serves great BBQ, burgers (including shrimp burgers), and hushpuppies (among other items; they do cash only, but they're reasonably priced. The aquarium and mini golf were only a few minutes away, as well as Atlantic Beach proper with all of its restaurants, movie theater, park, etc. You can bike, run, and walk safely from the condo's location. I highly recommend Judy's condo. We plan to stay there in the future if we choose Atlantic Beach as our summer destination.
