Come and enjoy our Pristine Beach & Crystal Clear Pool from the comfort of this 2nd floor studio condo located just steps from the beach! The property has a large grassy recreation area and PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS that leads directly to a beautiful, Secluded Beach for quiet strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c. This is a SMOKE-FREE Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.

The interior boasts a queen bed, a full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Upgraded plank flooring and gorgeous furniture pieces accentuate the Modern Decor. Perfect for couples, singles, and families with small children. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

This is a beachfront complex but your unit faces the road side of the complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. You can enjoy Ocean views from the wraparound public balcony, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

Secure Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience. Many local eateries/shops are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street. Food Lion is just a mile away. Additional restaurants, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

Perfect getaway for a romantic weekend, or a family retreat ...watch dolphins splash from the oceanside gazebo ... don’t miss the sunset over the ocean waves .... stroll the sandy beach ... build a sandcastle with the kids ... surf cast for one of the many varieties of fish in our ocean waters ... watch surfers hang ten.... Jet-ski or Parasail ... take a jog, or ride your bike on the new Atlantic Beach bike trail ... feel the wind through your hair on the new Cape Lookout ferry... check out the wild Spanish ponies of Shackleford Banks.... take the kids to the new Atlantic Beach recreation park... and don't forget the fantastic NC Aquarium!

Suitability:
- Max occupancy 4. 1 queen bed, 1 full size futon. Best suitability for couples, 3 adults, or families with 2 adults/2 small children.
- Ocean Sands is a SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY (STRICTLY ENFORCED).
NO Smoking In Rooms, or Common Areas to include Walkways, and Gazebo's. 2 Designated Picnic Bench Smoking Areas are provided for your convenience..
- Pets (1 dog less than 30 lbs) may be allowed if the Pets Allowed function is allowed by the host. 1 dog is subject to a $100 pet fee per stay. 1 dog must have all shots and flea meds. Guest must not leave dog unattended in room. Guest must clean up after dog.
Leash must be used on property.
- 2 vehicles max on property per unit rented
- Sorry no boats or trailers allowed to park on the premises
- Facilities only for registered guests to include pool, parking, and beach access.
