Located in the heart of Atlantic Beach and just a short distance from the beach, convenience stores, and fantastic restaurants, this charming home is the perfect base for your beach adventures! The home is ideally situated near local attractions, including Oceanana Pier & Pier House Restaurant, Game On Escape Rooms, Fort Macon State Park, Crystal Coast Civic Center, the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, marinas, and charter services.

The property sits on a large lot with a spacious, fenced backyard, beautifully landscaped grounds, and an outdoor shower. Inside, relax on the sofa and unwind while watching your favorite shows and movies on the large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the major appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals and treats for the group. A roomy back deck is perfect for enjoying the outdoors, and the backyard is ideal for play. Additional amenities include free WiFi and central AC.

Mother-in-Law Suite: Located just outside in the backyard, this private suite features a king bed, a cozy sitting area, a small kitchen, and a washer and dryer. You’ll also enjoy internet access and a TV with Spectrum for added comfort and relaxation.

Great Location-Great Neighborhood-Roach Problem

Had a great stay other than the roaches we encountered. The mother-in-law suite was great for the parents, but the main house needs to be sprayed for roaches. They were climbing the walls in the bedroom.

Beachy Haven is in a great location, just blocks from the beach and all the gift shops. Furniture was stained in both big house and the in law suite in the back. The water pressure in the shower in the in-law suite was a very small trickle and couldn’t be used for a proper shower. Thank goodness for the main house and outdoor shower which worked perfectly. Also the tv in the in-law suite did not have a remote and though I did ask about it a few times, we never did get one though one was promised to have been dropped off. The cottage itself was very cute with a large deck and huge yard for the kids to play in. A bbq would’ve been nice! All in all we did have a great week, the beach was fabulous with soft white sand and warm ocean water. Our second time to this area and we will be back!
