This oceanfront complex is full of fun with the only outdoor pool with a waterslide in Atlantic Beach. Other amenities include large heated deep indoor pool, indoor hot tub & outdoor hot tub, pickle ball, ping pong, tennis & basketball courts, miniature golf and shuffleboard & play ground for little ones , Fun for the whole family!

2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean and well stocked. The view was amazing. Would like to have an elevator closer to the unit, but overall it was wonderful
