Welcome to your perfect beach retreat in beautiful Atlantic Beach, NC! This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath second-row condo offers the ideal combination of convenience, and coastal charm—just steps from the sandy shores and sparkling Atlantic waters.
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living space perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The living room features a sleeper sofa and flows seamlessly into the kitchen.
Each of the three bedrooms is comfortably furnished with a queen bed, providing restful space for everyone in your group. The two full bathrooms are conveniently located and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to 8 guests.
Step outside and enjoy the second-row location, which places you just steps from public beach access—no need to pack up the car or cross busy roads. Rinse off the salt and sand at the community outdoor shower, then relax with a cool drink in the back yard or unwind indoors in the air conditioning.
Whether you're here to soak up the sun, fish, surf, or simply unwind, this condo offers a fantastic home base. You're also just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to explore all that Atlantic Beach and the Crystal Coast have to offer.

BED CONFIGURATIONS:
3 Queen Beds, 1 Sleeper Sofa


WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.
Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 + tax fine.

Great location and near of beach.

Great location and near of the grocery store Beach, very spacious the apartment look new . my complaints about the beds and mattress uncomfortable 2 rooms the beds make a lot of noise every movement , the ceiling fans were very dusty And AC cover . The shower curtain was had a lot of mold on it they need change .

Cute place

This is a very cute 3 bd 2 bath condo. The bedrooms each have a queen bed that is against 1 wall. Something to consider if a bunch of single people need to share beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Not super comfortable but it works. Beach access could hardly be easier with an access path at either end of the block. It’s also an easy walk to a group of bars and restaurants. The place has an outdoor shower so it’s easy to keep the inside relatively sand free. The front deck has several chairs and is a lovely place to hang out and socialize. The property owner was very responsive to my questions. 2 thumbs up!

Excellent location, just across from the beach.Condo was fine, although a bit dated. Bedrooms/bathroom were small.All three chairs on the porch were torn.All in all, wonderful vacation.

Good property close to the beach.

Close to the beach. Convenient. The entire property is good for large families looking to vacation together if you get each apartment (A, B, C, D). Would stay again

Great location. Very clean. The beds in the smaller rooms were very soft and creaky. The kitchen could have been better stocked. Not enough dishes for more than 4 people

Great Property

The property is just as listed. The condo was clean and in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach access and the beach was not crowded. Located only minutes from the bridge to Morehead. I traveled with my children, their cousins, and a friend. The children ranged in age from 8-16 and we had no problems. Only thing I would suggest, is that if you are traveling in a large vehicle, you may need to park behind the condo, as the parking can be a bit tight.Would definitely stay here again.

Cute beach themed property

Accurate description and up-to-date photos of rooms. Well laid out and furnished rooms. Comfortable beds and reclining chair with foot stool. Great location! Right by the beach access and very close to "the circle". Only complaint was; TVs were fairly small. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

I would love to have a little place like this for myself. It was just enough room. Everything was clean. The furniture and appliances were excellent! It’s right across from the beach but there was a little break where we could see the ocean from our front porch. The check in was easy. The property managers were very helpful the whole time. I would definitely recommend renting this location.

Our favorite

Wonderful property! This is our second stay here and we enjoy this rental. Only issue this time was with the occupants on the other side of the building. They were up most of the night, every night with very loud music. Kept my little ones up, but I understand it is hard to prevent this.
