Graley Cottage combines the charm and character of a classic 1950s beach cottage with the comfort and conveniences of a beautifully renovated home. Our family has loved this special place for generations, and we hope your family will make wonderful memories here, too.

Located directly on the ocean in a quiet family neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, Graley Cottage offers the best of a classic Atlantic Beach vacation: walk out across the dunes to the beach and surf, relax on the oceanfront deck, gather the whole family for dinner, or let the kids disappear downstairs to play.

With 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, two separate master suites and multiple gathering spaces, there is room for everyone to spread out while still having plenty of space to come together.

First Floor

The first floor is designed for gathering, with a spacious oceanfront family room and beautiful views of the dunes and ocean.

The oceanfront master suite features a queen bed and private bathroom with tub and shower. Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A smaller study/bedroom with a twin bed has a nearby full bathroom with tub and shower.

The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite countertops and a new induction range with convection, air-fry and air-sous-vide capabilities. The kitchen opens directly to the dining room, making it easy for everyone to stay together while meals are being prepared.

Second Floor

The second floor includes a second master suite with a queen bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closet and panoramic ocean views.

Another bedroom has two queen beds, with a nearby full bathroom with tub and shower.

A second family room provides a separate space for children or families to watch TV, play games or simply hang out. The upstairs rooms are stocked with books for a variety of ages.

Ground Level – Perfect for Kids

The street level is where the fun really continues!

The large playroom includes a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, games and crafts, and can serve as an additional sleeping area or even a 7th bedroom. The playroom has an adjoining bathroom with two walk-in showers—particularly convenient after a day at the beach.

The utility room includes a washer and dryer.
