Attractive two-bedroom / two-bath ranch-style home with ensuite main bedroom in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just 10 minutes from the Ocean City beach and boardwalk. Sleeps 4 (up to six with an approved option.) Skylights in En Suite bathroom and kitchen. Non-Smoking Home.

Shopping, grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants are nearby; there are places to fish, boat docks, boat ramps, a bay beach, bike paths, and golf nearby.

You have easy access to the Parkway and the entire South Jersey Shore.

This home has central A/C, two bedrooms and two baths, a living room and family room, 3 TVs, Xfinity Cable service, DVD, WiFi, ceiling fans, W/D, and a patio area with a barbeque grill.

There is a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. A queen sofa bed is in the family room, which has French doors for privacy and can serve as a 3rd bedroom with special arrangements—the dining area seats six—driveway parking for cars and a boat trailer. Ample on-street parking is also available.

A backyard shed accommodates bikes and beach things.

This is a comfortable home for you to enjoy and relax. The house and convenient location will make your seashore vacation perfect!

This is the second time we have stayed at Louise’s property and we can’t wait to return next year! As a host, Louise is exceptional at responding with any questions or concerns. Check in is a breeze. Louise has always been responsive to feedback and I appreciate all of the additions that have been added since the last time we stayed. It’s quite clear she works hard for guests to offer them an exceptional stay. And, we had just that. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. The laundry area is a welcome respite after a day at the beach when you want warm, clean clothes to crawl into. The amount of pillows, blankets and duvets is also much appreciated. With two children in tow, everyone had just what they need for a great night’s sleep. We have always loved the bedrooms - both are inviting and cozy. An additional pullout sofa is towards the back of the house if needed for extra guests who may want a little more privacy. Please note: this is a traditional “beach home” as far as linens go: you’ll need to bring sheets for the bed along with towels however, everything else is provided. Wonderful hot water for long showers after a day on the boardwalk, two amazing restaurants within a 2 minute walk. The neighborhood itself is quiet, well kept and loaded with friendly neighbors. This is our absolute favorite home to stay in when we visit OC. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Outstanding visit year after year! Thank you, Louise and family!

Check in was easy with the code. Are stay was short only three days. We didn’t do much cooking in the kitchen but if we needed to do it was a little small for us. The facilities was nice and clean.

Best VRBO Home EVER

This property is fabulous - fab for families, individuals, etc. Prime location, easy parking, immaculately kept property inside and outside. Safe neighborhood. Well appointed property. Have reserved here many times, usually twice per year, and will reserve again. Definitely. Property owner is fabulous.

Somers Point rancher

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely ranch home in a nice neighborhood only 10 minutes from Ocean City boardwalk. We were only there for a weekend but will definitely return for a longer stay in the future.

Great little getaway

Louise was instantly responsive to any questions or inquiries. The house is clean and stocked with necessities. It is tucked in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all of the area's goodies. Definitely recommend breakfast from Hot Bagels & More and pizza or subs from Primo's on Shore Rd. A great spot to consider if you want to feel a little more at-home than a hotel.

Perfect for us!

We really enjoyed our stay...it was close enough to the beach, and even though my one daughter got sick, and couldn't go to the beach, she felt taken care of at "home" away from home while she was sick. Thanks so much!

Great stay at Somers Point

We had an excellent time here! Great location--very convenient for getting to the beach, nearby stores, restaurants, grocery stores and more. Everything was very accessible, and the house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and was expected. Easy & fast communication with the host. Highly recommend!

A Down To Earth

This is a down to earth space that you can stay for couple days. We have a one year old and she did well in the space. However, there is no high chair or pack-n-play. Also linen and towel is not provided. If you are staying here you have to bring it with you. But having said that, the space is great if you want to be away from the crowded Ocean City but a quick drive into the boardwalk.

Wonderful Home!

We had the loveliest time staying at Louise’s home while on vacation. The single floor home was spacious, cozy, convenient to all that OC has to offer (just 10 mins over the bridge!) and within walking distance of several restaurants. We walked to dinner one evening and just had a fabulous time and a delicious dinner. The home is in a quiet neighborhood so morning coffee outside or by the bay window was great reprieve to start each day. As a family of 4, we loved the separate bathrooms, that we were able to each have our own space and the washer and dryer was an added bonus. The home has a lot of charm and we instantly loved how cozy it was. The master bed was absolutely the most comfortable one we have ever slept on away from home and our kids loved the second bedroom with a little alcove in it as well! There are so many cozy areas to read a book, play a board game or watch a movie and my kids enjoyed movie nights after a long day at the beach and boardwalk. We can’t wait to stay here again. We also really loved the “vintage” oven, too. Just adds so much to the charm of this beach home. Thank you so much to Louise for a fabulous and relaxing getaway!
