I would like a refund please!! First when i walked into the office it smelled bad. The lady that came out to attend me looked like she was sleeping in the back somewhere and came out in her pajamas. She couldn't understand english properly and had to make phone calls so that she can find my itinerary. She tells me that i never booked with them, then she finds my information 15 minutes later. Now she tells me that i have to pay with a credit card and i tell her no i dont cause i booked with expedia. She takes another 10 minutes making phone calls. Finally I'm checked in. By now i don't want to stay there. I did not end up staying here cause i felt the place was not clean and professional. Would never stay here, ever.

The property has roaches. There was a dead roach plastered to the wall. Tj3 carpet has stains and residue on it, tje remote to the tc was sticky. The client service was poor and had an attitude when mentioned of roach. Went to see it took it off the wall with a key card and then said it was a fly. I prefer my money back.

We drove an hour to get to the hotel then sat in the parking lot for over an hour waiting for whoever worked the front desk to come back to the office. Gave up and found somewhere else. Sure I’ll still get charged even though it’s not my fault someone wasn’t doing their job.

The first room they gave me had ants in it, the manager said i brought them. Instead of apologizing he decided to blame me for the situation. Then was a jerl cause I wanted a clean big free room. Then there was a snake skin in the walkway. Savw your money dont go here its not worth it. There are so many choices on the strip, be careful
