Room was layed out very nice. Everything was very clean. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the king bed was shot when coming together in the middle bed sunk in badly although comical and we laughed about it. That was the only down fall of the trip

Excellent stay

Room was clean and spacious. Accommodated 3 adults and 3 children and were not cramped. We stayed off season so we did not utilize the pool. The king bed was a little stiff to our liking, but the double beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking garage was a little tight for bigger vehicles, but not an issue. Will definitely book here again

We enjoyed our stay at Ebb Tide Suites. It was very clean and close to the boardwalk. During this time of year it was very quiet. We could imagine in the summer it would be much louder because it is located very close to the rides on the boardwalk. The check in process was very smooth. Our only complaint was the water in the shower was not very hot. We would have liked to have some coffee supplied but, realize right now the cost of coffee has skyrocketed!!

The location was great because it was so close to the boardwalk and downtown Ocean City. Except it is literally less than 10 steps away from a steel rollercoaster and assorted amusement park rides. We were there in the off-season, so it didn't matter. But it should be considered when booking during the summer. Also, hopefully, since I made a fuss, they have fixed the useless card entry keys. Mine worked only once in the building access door and twice in my room door. We were there for four nights. An annoyance over and over. Thankfully, at least we were given metal keys for the room doors, and those worked every time. But I must say, the suite itself was clean and so well-equipped. The kitchen had a full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker and disposal. Dishes, glasses, mugs and flatware were clean and plentiful. Pots, too. All rooms had a TV. My wifi password didn't work, but I was able to piggyback on the network in my sister's suite. The beds were comfy. The linens, plentiful and fresh. The balcony was a lovely spot to have breakfast. Were it not for the key issue, I would have given this a higher rating. Functioning keys are a very basic necessity, I think. And despite management's attempts to fix them, they never did work. And, it does concern me that the rooms are so close to the lights and noise of the thrill rides. I'm really glad they were closed for the season during our stay.
