"Had a great stay while hosting a bachelorette weekend. Booking this stay was easy and the owner Mikhail reach out within minutes of my booking. Leading up to my stay he answered all my questions and sent me all I needed for my stay. Check in and check out was easy with limited instructions. we were also greeted by the nicest Neighbor Mark, who we stayed in contact with through out our stay. I would definitely book this home again, it was beautiful, centrally located to everything, steps from the beach, minutes from the casinos and outlets. There was plenty of parking around. I had a group of 13-15 people and there was enough space for everyone and it was family friendly and fully stocked with necessities. The porch spaces, deck, yard and hot tub were a plus. If I were you I’d book this house!"

"The beach is literally right there! The home is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for large groups. Space to gather together and still have your own space. Parking is a little tricky for larger groups. "

"I want to share my honest experience with this property. The house was very clean, and I appreciated that. However, you definitely need a car to get to the stores and casinos, so keep that in mind when booking. My biggest concern was the basement level. I paid for the entire unit but was unable to use the basement because it was extremely cold due to a cracked window — it felt like being outside. The owner had about eight portable heaters running to try to keep it warm, which felt like a serious fire hazard. Also, turning on too many heaters caused the lights in the unit to go out. Because the basement was unusable, my family had to rearrange sleeping arrangements, with some people sleeping on the couch or on the living room floor. This was very disappointing since I specifically paid for access to the full unit. I would not recommend booking this property if you plan to use the basement level until these issues are properly fixed."
