"Love this hotel, it's my 10th stay. The hotel is good for families and couples. The kids club and entertainment is away from the accommodation and there is an adult only pool. Beautifully kept gardens,some pools are heated. "

Location is excellent Communication was excellent Check was easy Bad points The property smelt of damp or mould The pool was deep and dirty The showers leaked and most days the hot water cuts to cold The iron cannot hold water because the cap is broken so leaks Cracked tiles Patched up paint work No locks on bathroom door or 1 bedroom doorThe major bedroom had a window which over looked the street with no curtainThe sofa was broken as well the the lamp on the lounge Kitchen basic and not big enough for the amount of people the property holds "

"Spacious villa in the perfect location for walking to the Marina Rubicon, shops and Playa Blanca centre. 3 bathrooms, so perfect for a family. Private pool was not heated or covered, but cleaned during our stay. Sunny & sheltered garden, very private. The villa needs some love and renovation as the bathrooms are quite dated and there are stains around the tub. Dishwasher was rusty inside and the fridge showed signs of wear, too. Everything was clean but just in need of a little tlc."
