"The check in process is quite unique, which is to use a phone app to unlock the doors. And the address given was inaccurate, it is supposed to be number 23D, and the address communicated to me by email was 23. Not a super big deal, but when you arrive in the evening, can be a bit complicated. The apartment itself is much smaller than expected. The bed is not very comfy, very low quality bedsheets, and we even found a bedbug. The air conditioner doesn’t work very well. There is only tiny trash...

"Los servicios son de 10, la decoración de la entrada de la cada es exquisita y la habitación tiene todos los detalles para pasar una estancia agradable. La limpieza muy bien. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue con la entrada ya que al ser con llave digital nos costó un poco entrar. Aún así mi valoración es de 10 y sin duda lo recomiendo, está en un sitio dónde hay mucho comercio y cerca del centro. Volveremos!! costó un poco entrar"

"Location was perfect, less than 2 blocks from Metro station on Gran Via and close to amazing shopping. Management has agreement with taxi service for flat rate to airport if booked in advance. Taxi was on time and reasonable. "This was not where we stayed, 3 days before we were due to travel to Madrid, we were contacted and informed that due to an electrical fault, the accommodation was not available, and offered an alternative at no extra cost, did we agree (a bit late to start searching again). We were told reception was open until 6pm, but still had to self-check in even though we were there before 6pm. "My partner and I had a great time at Queen's House! The location is ideal - right in the middle of Chueca. It was the perfect place to stay and had all the things we needed. It would have been nice to have a couple extra towels in the room."
