"The apartment itself was clean and reasonably well maintained inside. However, for a 13-night stay, no mid-stay cleaning was provided, and no cleaning supplies were left for guests to maintain the property themselves. Additionally, the listing advertised access to a kitchen, but there was no kitchen available as described, which was a significant inconvenience during a longer stay.Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay. "We had a great stay. This room was so clean. The location is great and located perfectly next to gran via metro which is a very well connected metro for getting around Madrid. They held our bags at the main office until check in so we could walk around without luggage. "

"Place was clean, a bit cramped. The French door onto the street was very difficult to close, and the convection stove top didn't work. I didn't realize that the flat was in the heart of Madrid's Zona Rosa, with a few busy bars on the same block, including one right downstairs. My weekend rental was marred by shouting and loud singing, in the street and in neighbouring apartments, till after 1 am. I wouldn't stay here again."

"The room was very clean and breakfast was good - we were on the ground floor - would suggest getting a first floor room as we could here the water falling in our room from the shower and the toilet - apart from that I would recommend this property"
