"Like: Only two minutes from metro station Daniel, property manager, was available most of the time. Very clean, all the amenities were provided, clean bed, enough pillows, blankets. Have TV to watch. Very nice apartment bldg, looks newer Close to Madrid downtown, only 15 minutes ride Didn't Like: Place is little small for 4 people. It is still doable, but not comfortable. We were able to make it because we were not tall/big people(4 of us). But for tall/big people, party of 4 would be tough. "

I am a fan of Barcelo hotels but not of this one, i felt a little disappointed for the cost of the stay, but being in Madrid explained why is such this way. I uber most of the time and cost varies depending on time of the day but with a big increment for busy hours, the room was comfortable and quiet we had street view. Later in my stay i discovered that the metro stationPlaza Castilla, was in walking distance from there but I can’t say much because did not ride the it. There are few options...

As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! Although it's located on a busy street, our room was very quiet thanks to the noise-cancelling windows and electric shutters. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, including shaving and dental kits, shower caps, and a variety of cute little bottles of toiletries.
