"Renovated and clean. Near public transportation, restaurants and grocery stores. The room was small and no drawers to store your clothes. They have 6 hangers for your clothes. I had a balcony however there was no privacy on the balcony so it was almost like sharing it with your neighbours and if you leave the drapes open, the neighbours can see into your room."

"Rude staff: The hotel's rooftop bar is open to the public and - by the staffs' own comments - have had issues with unpleasant "clientele" (not paying bar tabs, restaurant bill etc). You can expect to be interrogated by doormen whether you're actually staying at the hotel, be required to pay the food bill before you've even started eating and elbowed out of the way to restock the buffet breakfast. Rooftop bar: Food is genuinely awful, probably akin to a microwave meal. Any ambience is destroyed by tourists thrusting their camera over your shoulder to get a better photo of the view. It's also incredibly busy. Pool isn't open until June, so bear that in mind if that's a factor in choosing this hotel."
