"I was very happy with this accomadation. It was easy to get to from the airport using the 302 bus. Everything was spotless and new looking. I would highly recommend the buffet breakfast. It had yogurt, breads, bite sized pastries, coffee, juice, fruit, meat, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, and I'm sure there were things I forgot to mention."

"The staff was great, they knocked on my door for a wake up call and got me a taxi. The only thing I did not like was the fact that you could hear people in the room next to you and people walking in the hallway, slamming the door etc.. The location was great"

"Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife for a concert. Hotel was very nice! Very centrally located and close to metro lines and most places were walkable too! Great location with plenty food options, restaurants, coffee shops nearby. Rooms were very clean and great that the air conditioning was working as there was a heatwave while we were there. Very clean bathrooms and towels were replaced promptly when requested. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Seating was regularly cleaned by the staff and made available for others. Staff were always very helpful and were accommodating for us by arriving early by allowing us to store our bags there until check in time! Great experience and would consider staying here again!"
Capsule Inn Madrid

"This was an excellent hostel style stay - you just need to have the expectation of hostel not hotel. The bed was small but comfortable - take ear plugs as you will hear the guests in the capsules nearby. The shared spaces were good - showers were down the stairs as were most of the bathroom facilities. WiFi didn't always work well in the sleeping areas which was an issue for the electronic key at times. Enjoyed having access to shared kitchen and eating spaces. We were grateful to not be assigned an upper level capsule as that would have been a little more challenging for us as guests in our 60's to access. All in all a reasonably priced stay near the Grand Via and we would stay here again."
