"This hotel was lovely. It is in a terrific central location, but it is on a quiet street. We stayed on the Red Level, and the access to the lounge was great. I worked there some afternoons, and it made working on vacation a little better! I would not hesitate to return!"

"A spectacular stay in the perfect spot. Everything was impeccably clean, the atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant, and the rooms are very comfortable. But what truly made the difference was the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff. They made us feel welcome at all times and turned the experience into something magical and special. "Great hotel. Loved the room with a great view of the Gran Via, the staff and the location. Only issue we had was our room was right next to the elevator and we heard the elevator going up and down at all times. Rarely was there much time the elevator wasn’t making noise. Didn’t complain because they were nice enough to give us the room very early in the day. Other than that loved the hotel and would stay again. I would just request not being near the elevator. "
