I am a fan of Barcelo hotels but not of this one, i felt a little disappointed for the cost of the stay, but being in Madrid explained why is such this way. I uber most of the time and cost varies depending on time of the day but with a big increment for busy hours, the room was comfortable and quiet we had street view. Later in my stay i discovered that the metro stationPlaza Castilla, was in walking distance from there but I can’t say much because did not ride the it. There are few options...

We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family. The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.

Incredible views and a beautiful place to stay

Hotel and staff are nice. The only quirk is that it requires taking two separate elevators in different parts of the building to get to your room, but no huge deal. Staff and amenities are nice. Breakfast is amazing and definitely worth the added cost. My wife got pregnant here, so 10/10 recommended the bed.

As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. Great place to stay! Staff were great and room was large with beautiful bathroom, walk in shower. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would strongly recommend staying at the Hotel Regina!

I stayed at this hotel several times. This time with my dog. It was a very pleasant stay. Thé hôtel staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished. Hôtel is walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, parks. Overall a very great stay in Madrid.

We had a short stay here, however it was perfect. The room was very spacious and clean. The lobby was lovely and the staff was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the hotel and great service

Great stay! Close to decent restaurants, museums, and important destinations. We arrived early before official check-in time and they promptly gave us a room…a huge relief for weary travelers. Service was top-notch.

Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel in good location. And wonderful to have access to coffee and juice and fruit and cookies at all hours and enjoy on the small balcony.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! Although it's located on a busy street, our room was very quiet thanks to the noise-cancelling windows and electric shutters. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, including shaving and dental kits, shower caps, and a variety of cute little bottles of toiletries. FABULOUS stay-THE LEVEL 15th floor for a week, with personal attention customer satisfaction! Location. Location. Walkable to the landmark of city. Temperature in the room too hot and it was not possible to change it. Very noise in the hotel hallways and outside during the night.
