We will 100% stay at this hotel again and again. The staff is amazing, the facilities are gorgeous. Everyone is kind, the beds are comfortable, as are the pillows.. rooms are beautiful. I have repeatedly stayed in Madrid, I find this location to be superb. It is walkable to everywhere, and in the heart of the action. The rooms are quiet, roof gorgeous, staff bend over backwards to be helpful. Wonderful food as well. Each area is thoughtfully decorated and our visit in a balcony room was outstanding!!

Beautiful rooms and amazing view

Location of hotel was amazing. Right in the middle of everything. Room is as extremely comfortable and beautiful. Balcony overlooking Gran Via was amazing. Was able to watch the sunset from our room. Really happy and impressed with this hotel.
