"Located in a prime spot the hotel is very unassuming from the exterior and lobby. Efficient checking and out by staff. Our room was updated, clean and very comfortable. It was a pleasant surprise. King bed was awesome. The location is the key factor- our stay in Madrid was so easy and walkable too! "
