It’s a beautiful hotel in the heart of chueca. Quick walk to all areas of interest. The staff is lovely. The breakfast is lovely. I got to the hotel very early in the morning and they allowed me an early check in. Considering I was up all night on a flight that meant the world to me. My only critique is that our original room was extremely small and had no windows to outside. We ended up paying more than a $100 per night to get a bigger room with a balcony with a street view. Also the gym was in the basement. It was very small and stuffy and not very conducive to a workout.

Beautiful property in a great neighbourhood. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Went out of their way to make us feel special and get to know about us. Rooms are on the smaller size, but so gorgeous.

One of our favorite hotels we have stayed at. It is In a wonderful neighborhood that has plenty of restaurants and shops while being far away from the touristy areas. Only YOU Boutique Hotel is beautifully decorated, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to Gran Vía. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Ivan — we had some difficulty getting a taxi to the airport early in the morning, and he was incredibly helpful in arranging one for us. We travel a lot, and we can honestly say that staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience.
