We were visiting family so we didnt spend as much time at rhe cottage as we'd hoped- definitely going to be back in the future to enjoy the cottage in the woods and Leenie's kind heart. "The location of the house is not what was described. It's off a dirt road, with no lights or an address off the street. Its behind a large, heavy metal gate which is hard to pull by yourself to lock it up. The house is back behind two houses and the pictures show a brown house but it's white. The house was not clean. The floors were super sticky, mold in on the shower curtain, dead bugs behind the bed and the cabinets. The master bathroom shower went from hot to cold but nothing in between....

"This place was a private haven in the middle of Memphis! The entire property has a privacy fence with gate which definitely makes you feel safe and secure! We absolutely LOVED the Viking kitchen stove since we cook quite often, and the large shower was wonderful and luxurious! The beds were quite comfortable, and the customer assistance from Julia was great! She was available for helping answer questions, help us get into the property gate, etc. she was very kind and prompt with her replies...
