The hotel had updated carpet and rooms were clean. The issues at this hotel is as follows. The room phone had no cords or connections, and the hair dryer was broken. The water pressure was excellent. At one point the whole staff went to break together so the front desk was left unattended. At one point I told housekeeping that I didn’t need service for the day which I had asked for an extra towel and face towel, when I came back housekeep removed my extra linin, so I had to go get extra again. There is no signs in the rooms for non service needed. Finally, duration of my stay the internet never worked. I was not able to get work done. When asked what was my issues all she could say sorry.

On check-in the lady was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, as expected, but no table chair. After an hr and several office visits we got one. (Need 2 chairs for 2 guests) At 650 am there was NO hot water. It ran app 5 min but only got warm enough to wash hair. Then suddenly like someone turned off the hot it went totally cold. The breakfast was good as always

Room was good, then we figured out the black out curtains were BEHIND the sheers. It made our stay much better!! The people living in the hotel and fighting every night was unpleasant. Cops were called. Nithing happened. Im sure since we were only 2 nights, it was overlooked. Overall a nice facility and nice staff. Perfectly located for wedding guests for "the chapel at Kerrville".

The room was in bad shape. Some of the furniture needed to be replaced. The wall mirror was missing. There weren’t enough towels. The room had an unpleasant musty smell. We had problems with the commode and after nobody came to fix it we had to request a plunger and fix it ourselves.

Broken elevator, frayed carpets

The carpets are filthy and frayed, the bathroom fixtures are loose, there was no second roll of toilet paper and most awful of all for my elderly mother: the elevator broke and she had to maneuver her walker from our room on the second floor. We paid a lot for a most unsatisfactory night.
