The staff was friendly and helpful with needs and made our stay warm and inviting, I was surprised to see a small kitchen with dinnerware and utensils for use. The room was neat and orderly as well. Thanks again, we will choose this location next time we are in town.
The room was big, comfortable and clean. The best part of the stay was the hotel breakfast. I can’t have dairy and they had so many options for me! I will pay a little extra per night to stay there. It’s nice to have a larger room with so many amenities.
The room was large and easily fit all five of us with plenty of space. The only thing we noted was the food left over from the previous occupant was still in the fridge. Otherwise very clean and the breakfast was pretty good too. Tameka who checked us in was very helpful.
Did not know about the 250.00 deposit for locals. Also, always make sure you clean your own room they did not have clean rooms

Understanding that this property has only been open for a week or so, I can forgive some issues with my family’s stay at Home2, Jackson. However, these are the issues we had:
There was a significant issue with the expedia booking that seemed to cause problems for Home2, which took about 15 minutes to figure out at check-in. After that, we could not access the room for quite some time because it was still allocated, in the system, to another party who had already checked out. Once we were finally in the room, we noticed that all of the previous occupants dishes and drinks still in the room.
Additionally, the room smelled strongly of smoke from illegal substances and we found that the previous occupant had taped up the smoke detector to prevent the alarm going off. We were not offered an alternative room — probably because all rooms were booked.
We were promised a refund by the staff, and told it should show up on our card by yesterday, but have not received one yet.
