"I understand it was a festival weekend and everyone trying to check in. One of the older gentlemen at the front desk was very short and rude when people were asking him questions. There was a younger gentleman with glasses (wish I got his name) that went over and beyond to help get most of the guests that morning a room, even offered to upgrade in order for people to get a room. For a good amount of time this younger gentlemen was so accommodating. Did everything efficiently when check in and helped multiple people at the same time."

"Just wish the pool and hot tub were open later to allow a soak after the shows."

"I had a 1 bedroom suite. It was a fantastic room. Pool area was nice. Service was wonderful. 3 minute walk from Westgate. Only issue I had is, in the description on Hotels.com it says there is a poolside bar. There is not."
