"Yes it was clean. But they forgot the tv remote control and the air conditioner control. The Netflix could not be changed to personal account. Staff very helpful. Dining room staff support great and obliging."

"We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, the pool area was very nice and we had a very quiet stay. In our opinion, the property is overpriced as we paid over $300 Canadian to stay here and if they want to charge that much, it definitely needs some refurbishing. We would return again, but would see a much lower rate in order to do so. The restaurant had varying service between dinner and breakfast. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was really quite poor. "

The staff is without equal: friendly and personable, they seamlessly anticipate any needs or wants you may have. The amenities and concierge services are top-tier. You will not do better in San Miguel. Worth every penny. "
