"We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, the pool area was very nice and we had a very quiet stay. In our opinion, the property is overpriced as we paid over $300 Canadian to stay here and if they want to charge that much, it definitely needs some refurbishing. We would return again, but would see a much lower rate in order to do so. The restaurant had varying service between dinner and breakfast. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was really quite poor. "

"There are a number of 5 star hotels in San Miguel, but there are none better than Casa Sierra Nevada; this is a world class boutique property that feels as though you’re living in quiet authentic old-world Mexican luxury. The staff is without equal: friendly and personable, they seamlessly anticipate any needs or wants you may have. The amenities and concierge services are top-tier. You will not do better in San Miguel. Worth every penny. "
