The host was great with communication from before check-in till after we checked out. We loved that we had the option to hire the house cleaner to cook for us as well and she made us breakfast each morning. This property is beautiful and perfect for large groups. Its location is perfect as well because we were able to park our car in a near by garage and walk to el centro, as well as many other places. We would definitely stay here again when visiting SMA

First time it staying at a hotel and this was phenomenal. The house is a gem, the communication was top notch. I will tell every person I know to stay here first.

Beautiful, lots of room and space but more for adults

Incredible house. It's spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything was new, and the rooms were super comfortable. It's on a quiet street with easy access to everything in town. The communication with the HOLT staff was smooth, they were always available and provided clear information. I highly recommend this place.

It was just as described. Even though it was not in downtown, the Uber transportation was just a click away, and they picked us up at the gate. Downtown was minutes away in car. The gate guards were very nice and helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

Easy to communicate with staff via WhatsApp and immediate response. We had a warm water failure that we reported and had already maintenance onsite 15 minutes later. The rooms and bathrooms had a very high standard and were clean and well taken care of. We definitely recommend families or group of friends to rent this wonderful house, with perfect location in San Miguel.

Perfect house very clean and very well situated . Only thing you can’t party after 10 pm. And owner lives on premises and is not stated on web site.

Beautiful house with great spaces and natural light. Spotless and a wonderful outdoor patio. Easy to get to and a short drive to all of the action downtown but also close to vineyards and local spots. Can’t beat the price.
