"We loved our stay at Riu Ventura! Came for my 30th birthday with my husband. From check in to check out the service was always great and we did not have to wait too long for the restaurants they offered. Didn't love the Italian restaurant but everything else was pretty good even the buffet had lots of choices! The best part was all the different pool options and the beach views! We got to enjoy both pool and ocean side by side and there were always activities for all ages throughout the resort even through the evening. I would definitely come back!"

"The fact that Guacamole steak is one of their popular restaurants and is closed 1 day of the week is nonsense. Japanese restaurant’s food was gross and has nothing to do with Japanese food. Flavors were bad and nothing close to authentic Japanese cuisine. Hallways to rooms were dirty and people were rowdy all night to the point my husband and I didn’t get any sleep all night.This was our second stay at Riu and I don’t think we would return to this place again. Unfortunately drinks were super watered down and poor quality. Don’t recommend."

"My boyfriend and I had the ocean view king suite and it was huge! Super clean. Everyone was super friendly including Jose. He kept the vibes up and was truly an amazing soul! I enjoyed the food at each restaurant. 10/10 for me. We cannot wait to go back! "

"The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast, snacks and food in the executive club were wonderful. The airport shuttle did not go to the terminal we needed so staff took our bags and wheeled me in a wheelchair to the terminal all the way to the airline desk. I was very grateful to them as I am unable to walk due to hip surgery. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and service. "
