"Just a few minutes to walk to the beach! Stunning views! The upstairs toilet did not flush, the downstairs shower did not work, and the stove only had 2 working burners. Minor maintenance would make things perfect. Other than that, we had a lovely time!"

"We had a great time at La Perla. It's about 15 minutes past Las Conchas. We drove the road at night which can be a little tricky. The extra wait was worth it. Great house for a family trip. 14 beds total! The house was comfortable and functional. Every room has an individual AC unit which is great in the summer! The patio had plenty of seating for us. The beach was beautiful, clean, and unpopulated. Overall we had a great weekend here."

"The J. Beach house is by far the best place we have ever rented in the many years we have been coming down. It is so we'll appointed and the beds were so comfy!! Not to mention that it is so close to town but so private. We will be returning for sure!!"

"This house is beautiful and so private! Beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. The kitchen had any pots, pans, or utensils that were needed. Loved the many dining options for sunrise and sunset meals and cocktails. There are four outdoor dining/happy hour tables and it just made for a fun variety of entertainment. The host Lindsey is so easy to get a hold of and accommodated our request for an early check in, as well as being speedy with communication. She's an excellent host and...

"Rarely visit a place that is maintained so well as far as cleaning goes. The pools, ground and infrastructure constantly being cleaned. Lot of options for swimming and beach activities as well. All the rooms have Sea views. I highly recommend Los Palomas. "
