"The location is great, with plenty of things to see and do nearby. Unfortunately, the shower was either extremely cold or extremely hot, and it was impossible to get the water to a comfortable temperature. Communication during check-in could also have been better. We waited around 30 minutes to receive the correct lockbox codes. Other than that, everything was good, and we enjoyed our stay."

"Our tour guide Aaron was great. He picked us up and taught us all about the history of Mexico City along the way to the canals. He had snacks and water for us, and it was very polite and knowledgeable."
