"An excellent hotel with a great location, very good food at the restaurant, and an outstanding breakfast. However, we did have an unpleasant experience with our room. We were assigned room 201, right next to the elevator and the water machine. Throughout the night, we kept hearing a loud banging noise approximately every hour, which disturbed our sleep. We reported the issue to the front desk, but unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve it. We also requested a late checkout as a courtesy due to the inconvenience, but our request was denied. Additionally, we were entitled to a room upgrade based on our Expedia membership status, but the hotel did not honor that benefit either. Aside from these issues, everything else about our stay was excellent."

"There are lots of restaurants around the hotel so wide choice of cuisine. Also many convinience stores and grocery nearby. It is close to historic center. Also it is away from main road so no traffic noise."

"This boutique hotel was incredibly beautiful turn-of-the-century it was located in a very great part of town. There’s so much to do around the hotel restaurants bars, nightlife so if you want somewhere quiet, this is not the place. This is if you wanna experience good food bar nightlife. This is the spot. It’s great. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and we heard a nice part of history from one of the concierge. Loved our stay wish we could’ve stayed another night. it’s a few minutes away from the Roma Norte, the angel monument, which was beautiful. We really enjoyed the room with AC of you onto the city and we felt very safe in this neighborhood loved loved our hotel the oldest one in town."
